Developing Trusting Collaborative Relationships
Collaboration is critical in today’s complex construction world, says Utah Capitol Preservation Board Executive Director David H. Hart, AIA. As the owner’s representative, he took it upon himself to establish a collaborative atmosphere from the outset, he says, by requiring close communication among team members and respect for one another’s decisions.
