FROM OUR FRIENDS AT AIA HONOLULU
Happy Yanoviak Day!
Honolulu City Mayor Jeremy Harris delivered a proclamation to sole practitioner Andrew C. Yanoviak, AIA, for his continued service to the community through design. Mayor Harris declared June 7, 2002, "Andrew C. Yanoviak Day" in the City and County of Honolulu. "We think it's pretty great, because Andrew has been tireless in his community services efforts and his dedication to the AIA," said Shannon C. Hines, AIA Honolulu's membership services manager. We at the national component think it's pretty great, too, knowing as we do of Yanoviak's dedication for many years in the codes and standards arena at the national level. Congratulations, Andrew!
