Four-day October Buffalo Tour Highlights Prairie Houses, Guaranty Building, Richardson Towers

Summary: The Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust will host a four-day excursion from October 22 through October 25 in Buffalo to visit Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie-style Darwin Martin Complex and Graycliff estate, the Guaranty Building by Louis Sullivan and Dankmar Adler, and the Richardson Towers by H. H. Richardson.

The tour is called “Wright Way Upstate New York: Inspiration on the Lake.” The Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust excursion includes three nights at Roycroft Inn in East Aurora, N.Y., a National Historic Landmark. The Roycroft Inn is noted for its arts and crafts design and is a preserved complex of buildings from the “guild” era.
