Annual Symposium on Design for Aging to Address “Creating Home for the Next Generations”
Join the second annual International Design for Aging Symposium, sponsored by the AIA in collaboration with the Aging Research Institute, on June 4–5 in Kansas City, Mo., to learn about the latest research and designs for senior communities. This year's presentations will include:

Toast the COTE Top Ten
Join AIA colleagues and allied professionals to toast the AIA Committee on the Environment 2007 Top Ten Green Projects Award recipients, new chapters, and AIA/COTE milestones at the AIA national convention in San Antonio on May 3, 7–9 p.m. Celebrate the 18th year of AIA/COTE, the 11th year of the Top Ten Green Projects Awards, and the contributions of more than 8,000 AIA/COTE members, 60 local and state chapters, and leaders at all levels who have made AIA/COTE an agent of change. Hear from AIA/COTE Founding Chair Bob Berkebile, FAIA, and other special guests while you enjoy local and regional foods and beverages at The Spire at Sunset Station in San Antonio’s St. Paul district—a short walk from the convention center.
