Performance of Ambulatory Clinic Design – Toolkit Survey

Participants are eligible to win a Complimentary One Day Pass to the 2013 Healthcare Design Conference in Orlando, FL.

This is your opportunity to participate in a voluntary survey to identify the key built environment factors in clinics that impact four outcome areas: operational efficiency, space efficiency, clinical effectiveness and a positive experience.

This survey provides a great opportunity for members of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health (AIA/AAH) to provide feedback on the perceived issues that are critical to consider in the design of ambulatory care clinics. Your contribution will help advance clinic design with the purpose of achieving positive outcomes. The survey will be open for two weeks and it will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All survey responses will be kept confidential and only summarized data will be reported.

Participants are eligible to win a Complimentary One Day Pass to the 2013 Healthcare Design Conference in Orlando, FL.
