2013 Healthcare Design Awards Call for Entries

The AIA Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH) annually showcases and celebrates the best of healthcare building design and design-oriented research. Let your peers acknowledge your work.

Submit your project or research for the 2013 National Healthcare Design Awards program. Projects should exhibit conceptual strength that address aesthetic, civic, urban, and social concerns as well as the requisite functional and sustainability requirements of a healthcare facility.

The Journal of Ambulatory Care Management is interested in publishing three to four articles on innovation in ambulatory facilities. 2012 Patient Empowered Room Design Competition
Institute for Patient-Centered Design has announced the winning submissions in the Patient Empowered Room Design Competition at www.patientcentereddesign.org/hcd12. These submissions have inspired the design of the Patient Experience Simulation Lab, a workshop offered exclusively at the 2012 Healthcare Design Conference to develop design solutions addressing the needs of patients.
