On October 20th, the AIA officially released AIA Documents on Demand, a web-based service for both PCs and Macintosh computers that allows users to purchase, download, electronically fill out, and print 16 of the most popular AIA Contract Documents. There is no charge to access the service; price per document to download is from $4.95 to $19.95. The service is particularly suited for Macintosh users as well as for those such as small practitioners who anticipate only needing a few contracts per year.
