Additionally, AIA members and state and local component colleagues have graciously stepped forward to serve as points of contact during the furlough. They will be available to answer calls and e-mails during business hours, if you are unable to get your question answered using the online resources.

Also, if you have technical or content-related questions concerning AIA Contract Documents that cannot be answered using the self-help tools, e-mail aiasupport@korbitec.com and your e-mail will be answered as soon as possible.
