Justice Facilities Review 2009 entries Due January 16
The AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice is pleased to open the 2009 Justice Facilities Review. All registered architects are invited to submit projects representing the state of the art in justice facility design for possible inclusion. A jury of architects and justice facilities administrators will screen entries. Selected projects will be published in the 2009 Review and featured in several traveling exhibits. This year, for the first time, the academy is using an online submission process to foster greater environmental sustainability and facilitate the administrative process. For more information or to send in an entry, visit the competition Web site. If you have questions or concerns, contact Shaw Hubbard, 202-626-7455.
