  Do You Know SOLOSO?
You’ve heard the name. Now meet the resource

What is Soloso?
Soloso is the AIA’s online knowledge resource. Launched in 2007, Soloso is continuously evolving to meet the knowledge needs of AIA members. If you are not familiar with Soloso, sign in to soloso.aia.org today to get to know Soloso.

What can I find when I visit Soloso?
As of July 2008, Soloso maintains 68,000 downloadable images, 9,700 Sweets’ product listings, AIA member forums, blogs, articles, research reports, tips, factsheets, and best practices—many that are only available on Soloso. Soloso draws content from external Web sites relevant to the practice of architecture. Perhaps the site’s greatest member value is the ability to create a profile.

What is a Soloso profile?
A profile is like a digital business card but even better. Once you sign-in to Soloso you can edit your profile and list your alma mater(s), local AIA chapter, knowledge communities, and specialties. With a profile, you can download images, bookmark content, rate, review, and comment on content, and upload your own content. For information on how to create a profile, see Create a Soloso Profile.

How often is the content on Soloso updated?
Soloso changes daily. AIA members add content; the editorial content review board adds content; AIA staff members add content; and new sites, products, and images are updated automatically. To see what’s new, check the “Recently Added” section on the Soloso homepage.
