Deadline for Pettigrew ARE Scholarship Extended to February 27
Recognizing his contributions to internship, licensure, and the profession—including his own pursuit of the Architecture Registration Exam—the National Associates Committee is pleased to offer the third national ARE scholarship in honor of Jason Pettigrew, Assoc. AIA. The scholarship, sponsored by Kaplan, recognizes the significant contributions of interns at an early stage of their career and encourages them to complete licensure. (Awards are not based on financial need as much as they are based on contributions the intern has made to his or her profession and/or community.) Scholarship recipients will receive a full set of Kaplan ARE Study Guides and the current cost of passing all divisions of the ARE one time. Applications, which must be in electronic format, are due to NAC on February 27, 5:00 p.m. ET. The scholarship will be awarded at the Emerging Professionals Awards Ceremony at the AIA 2008 National Convention in Boston in May. For more information, including submission requirements, or to download an application form, visit the NAC Web site.
