Energy efficiency in federal buildings, sustainable design and water quality, and tax deductions for energy-efficient commercial buildings top the AIA’s 2007 federal agenda and will be the primary “asks” AIA members will take to Capitol Hill during the Grassroots Legislative and Leadership conference in February.
