Senior project manager,

Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, N.J., is seeking a senior
project manager who will perform the following tasks: Capital project
coordination and management from conception through planning/programming/budgeting,
funding, consultant selection, design, bidding, construction, and occupancy
to project closeout. Provides project management services for University
capital projects. On a project-by-project basis: develops program statement,
scope of work and specifications, and monitors scheduling, expediting,
and progress in construction phase of capital projects. Coordinates with
