Jesse Balok, MBA and David Chamberlain, MHA

Jesse Balok has impacted more that 18M square feet of space in hospital planning efforts, including programming for 8M square feet over the last seven years. With a history in financial services and manufacturing operations, Mr. Balok brings a focus on efficiency to space planning. In addition to his expertise in strategic and master facility planning, space need projections, and programming, Mr. Balok provides clients with organizational modeling, operational analysis and flows, and building activation planning. He has worked with academic medical centers and county and community hospitals with focus on adults and pediatrics.

Over his 9 year career at KSA, David Chamberlain has been involved with some of the largest new hospital planning endeavors of the last several years from strategic facility master planning, to functional and space programming, to activation and transition planning. Prior to joining KSA, David worked for 7 years on the provider side as an administrator for subacute care facilities. With this experience, he brings a strategic and operation planning focus to his engagements.
