"Could not create new document - missing delimiter" message

Technical Issue Description

When attempting to create a new document using a Custom template, the user received the following message: Could not create new document— missing delimiter.

Answer

When using the custom templates, an error message— Could not create new document— missing delimiter— is generated when information required in a fillpoint is missing. A fillpoint is the code that places the information you enter in the dialogs into the AIA template. Fillpoints are denoted with the % symbol, and the name of the variable is enclosed in brackets.
