For technical support, call AIA Technical Support at 1-800-942-7732 Monday - Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). You can also send an e-mail to docstechsupport@aia.org.

Tip:  You can contact AIA Contract Documents technical support via e-mail using your AIA Contract Documents software.  Simply go to Help on the menu bar, and click on Technical Support.  This will launch an e-mail addressed to AIA.  Enter information about your issue and then click "Send."

For license-related support, call AIA Customer Support at 1-800-942-7732 Monday - Friday 8:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. EST. License support includes purchasing a license, renewing a license, general inquiries about prices, special promotions, and activation codes.
