You are invited to submit articles, innovative project case studies, completed research projects, and monographs in the field of healthcare design. Articles should be timely; preview new trends; and address industry wide topics, issues of relevance, and emerging technology in the healthcare system.
The Academy of Architecture for Health is an interactive and multidisciplinary organization. Submissions selected for publication will reflect the diversity of its programs, the specialized commitments of its membership, and the quality of composition befitting a learned journal that is accessed and read worldwide.

2012 Gold Medal and Architecture Firm Award Call for Nominations
The Honors and Awards Department is currently accepting nominations for the 2012 Gold Medal and Architecture Firm Awards. Nominations made by an AIA Component, Knowledge Community, or a member of the Institute’s Board of Directors will be accepted for review by the Gold Medal/Firm Award Advisory Jury. The jury will also accept nominations by petition if a nominee receives signatures from either five Fellows or any 10 AIA members in good standing. Petition signers may not be a principal and/or employee of the nominee or the nominee’s firm.

On each first Tuesday of the month, nationally recognized experts will conduct a 90 minute web seminar tailored to healthcare professionals. The 101 seminars are an introductory series tailored for our emerging professionals audience, and 201 seminars build on top of the introductory series with a more in-depth presentation for persons at all experience levels.
