AIA members and customers need to create a new password to use most on-line functions (e.g., membership, personal information/address updates, bookstore purchases, and contract document sales), view jobs on Career Center, or access member-only information on AIA.org. If you have changed your password as of April 27, 2009, you do not need to reset it again.

Please be aware that your username is your primary e-mail, which is the e-mail address that you want to use to receive business email. Your password is your last name spelled out using an initial capital letter for the first letter of your last name. The password is case sensitive.

For an example:

Name: John Doe
Email address: Jdoe@architects.com

Username: jdoe@architects.com
Password: Doe
