  • Fast tracking: The perils of fast-track projects and how to manage the risk of this popular scheduling method
  • Lean thinking: How some firms are pioneering “lean thinking” to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery
  • Practice: How recent startup design firms have succeeded, how “partnering” techniques are being applied to improve firm operations beyond project team performance, and why deciding whether to enter a design competition is an important business decision
  • Design documents: Guidance on copyright, use, and ownership of documents
  • Services: Program management, geotechnical investigation, parking planning, furniture acquisition, and demolition planning services
