We Need Your Numbers
Preliminary figures indicate that compensation gains for architect positions have been modest over the past three years. Nationally, the only category that has seen double-digit gains over the 1999–2002 period has been entry-level Interns. With architecture firms competing with other businesses for recent architecture graduates, firms were forced to offer more to attract entry-levels candidates to the profession.

The AIA is in the process of updating compensation trends at U.S. architecture firms. It's been three years since comprehensive compensation information on positions at firms has been published by the AIA. However, to get an accurate picture, we need you to participate in this survey. As a participant, you are eligible to purchase the survey for 50% off the member rate. Also, we will be sending a free summary of the report to all participating firms when the study is complete.

If you have any questions about the survey, call William M. Mercer, Inc., the firm engaged by the AIA to conduct this survey, tollfree, 800-333-3070.
