Economists Agree to Add Special Program to Convention
Baker and Murray to present construction outlook on May 11

The recession looks like it's history, but . . . unemployment is up.
On the other hand, residential building is 'way up . . . on the other hand, gas prices are rising daily . . .

On the other hand—we've run out of fingers! So who can help us get a grip on the economic outlook for the construction industry? Count on AIA Chief Economist Kermit Baker, PhD, Hon. AIA, and F.W. Dodge Vice President for Economic Affairs Robert A. Murray, to lend a hand to architects leveraging what the economy has to offer.

Baker and Murray have agreed to offer a special presentation for AIA members during the national convention in Charlotte. They will focus on the outlook for the construction industry for the rest of this year, and into 2003.

Details of this special program are not listed in the convention program, so print this information!
