April 20 Convention Registration Deadline Approaches
Register now and avoid the lines in Denver

Many AIA members have already registered for the AIA national convention in Denver, May 17–19—thank you to all who have done so. If you haven't registered:

What is the deadline? The registration deadline is Friday, April 20.

Why should I attend? You'll find a wide selection of high quality continuing education programs; you can earn all your continuing education learning units to maintain state licensure and AIA membership.

Of special interest are the theme speakers: Susan Stamberg, Daniel Libeskind, and Santiago Calatrava. (View a short introductory video of the theme presentations on the by visiting the convention Web site, www.aiaconvention2001.com, and clicking on "streaming video.")

The convention also offers fabulous tours of Denver and its surrounding areas, an extensive exhibit of products and services at the AIA Expo, and many opportunities to meet with colleagues from around the country.

Is there still room? Yes! Many workshops, tours, and events, as well as limited hotel rooms, are still available. And, tickets are still available for this year's Host Chapter Party at Colorado's award-winning Ocean Journey aquarium.

Will registering now save time? Yes. Register by April 20 to receive your badge and tickets in advance and to avoid registration lines on site.

How do I register? To register online, or for complete, up-to-the minute convention information, visit www.aiaconvention2001.com.
