The Thomas Jefferson Awards honor Thomas E. Lollini, FAIA, for his contributions as campus planner at California’s oldest public university and campus architect at the nation’s newest public research university; and Thomas Luebke, FAIA, for his steadfast leadership of the United States Commission of Fine Arts.
