WORK ON THE BOARDS
Business at Nonresidential Firms Slips with U.S. Economy
Only modest increases in new project activity and a second straight monthly decline in the ABI portend a bumpier path to a nonresidential recovery. Residential firms, by contrast, are benefitting from a resurgence in multifamily activity, and most firms surveyed in both markets are still planning to expand their practices.
